Animation wise, it was pretty good. Mostly it's well animated, but there are a few times (like when he opens the trapdoor, or when he survives jumping off the tower), that stick out as being badly animated. However, mostly the animation was very neat.
Story wise, I didn't quite understand it, and you haven't given a proper description to help me. So that put down the score a little.

The face at the start changed shape and size a lot, and it was a bit annoying. However, the basic movements was pretty well done, and for the first bit the animating was pretty good.
The idea wasn't that great, and the fact that it was so short didn't help a lot.
Just work on keeping size consistent and work a bit on the art.

Great animation, captivating and interesting. It makes you think about things, which is something most animations here don't.

The movement of the characters is a little unrealistic because of the way you've drawn them, and sometimes so is the firing of the guns. But you had some good camera angles in there and it was still quite entertaining. Keep it up.

Combined with the music and the zoom in, it was pretty good. I'm not very good with art, but it would be cooler if the room was darker and the light actually lit up the hand in the corner. Just saying.

the annoying lip-syncing was distracting, but it was fine otherwise. Just some of the movements were a little bit unrealistic.
