Not a bad idea. Art is ok, animation needs some work, especially in character movement.

Well...

Art is great, but animation needs some work. The movements need to be more realistic, and you could have a faster frame rate. 2/5 and 5/10.

Well...

The movements are realistic but choppy. But I don't really understand what's going on. I think I've got half an idea, but it's not really clear.

You know when you're very attracted to someone, but whenever they look your way you freak out and act a bit weird? That's what I was trying to illustrate :)
